About us

Led by two moms who love a family-based approach to self-sufficiency, cultivating community, and creating a culture that prioritizes the environment.

Meet Christina

Christina is a mom of three, IBCLC, and former high school science teacher with a background in biology. Over the last couple years she has enjoyed leading community workshops and children’s classes out of her home in Altadena, and loves to share her knowledge of gardening, chicken care, fermentation, fiber art, and herbalism.

Meet Bekah

Bekah is a mom of three and California native with a passion for the urban homesteading movement. Having been homeschooled herself throughout childhood, Bekah is excited to educate children in her own backyard. She and her family raise rabbits for meat, chickens, and grow vegetables on their micro (2,000 square ft!) ranch.
